How to Vape
Start by pressing the button to turn on the device. Make sure that the battery is fully charged and that everything is assembled correctly. It is recommended to start with a lower setting, such as 20 to 30 watts, and then slowly work your way up. Then take the mouthpiece and place it in your mouth. If you have a device with a button, simply press and hold it while you inhale. Take smaller, shorter puffs until you become used to the sensation.
There are two techniques which people use in vaping. You can either inhale: mouth to lung, or direct to lung. You can decide which method you prefer and choose what you think feels most comfortable. Usually if you are a smoker you will already be familiar with these smoking styles, however if you are a complete beginner, it may be useful to look these techniques up online to determine which will suit you best.
Do a Primer Puff
Primer puffs help to kick-start your vaping session. Press down the button on your device prior to taking a puff and this gives you the opportunity to make sure evaporation begins properly.
Inhaling Isnโt Necessary
Many people believe that like smoking tobacco, you have to inhale when vaping. This is in fact not true, and you can just exhale the e-cig smoke. Many smokers prefer inhaling as they are used to it and like the sensation, and it does no harm to do so. Therefore, it really is up to you whether you inhale or not.
Hold the Draw
Regular smokers will usually advise newcomers to the vape world to start by taking 3-7 draws on the vaporizer before holding the vapor in the mouth for a few seconds. After this, they can choose to either inhale or exhale the smoke. If you are after a lung hit, then usually normal cigarettes will offer that in just under 8 seconds, while with an e-cig, it will take up to around 30 seconds more for the body to absorb and provide a hit. This is because the vapor molecules are larger than smoke molecules and arenโt able to be absorbed as deeply into the lungs.
It is also advised to wait a little bit between vaping sessions for the heating section to cool down. Waiting also helps to prevent a sore throat from occurring, as well as bad burnout.
Watch Out For Coughing
Many first-time vapers find that they may start coughing in the beginning, especially those who are not used to smoking and have never tried it before. This is usually only a temporary effect and doesnโt last forever. Everyone has their own preferred method which will work for them and it just takes a bit of experimenting and time to find it.

Vaping does not involve burning material, so it does not introduce the myriad of carcinogenic materials into the lungs that tobacco smoke does. Vaping can also be an enjoyable experience too. For marijuana and CBD oil users it is a great, clean and rapid way to gain the benefits of cannabis.
Good honest article, with some excellent advise. I bought my vape kit one week ago, for some weird reason I canโt kick my 11pm cigarette, but do not even crave one any other time of day. I bought a good brand cool fire IV, and it is perfect, am trying not to use too much, and after starting on 18mg I hope to go down to 16 next week and see how I go. Also plan to stop the 11pm cigarette, good luck everyone, this has to be 100 % better than smoking

To use vape pen in a proper manner you need to use right type of E-juice which could provide you immense smoke although you need to use right type of e cig also which can give you the right type of experience which you are thinking of.
